Job Description:
XFX Studio is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to help
us elevate and expand our regional market share of function-specific web
applications and corporate websites. The
Sales Representative will be responsible to proactively prospect and call
regional business owners to sell our custom websites and specialized web
application services. Job duties will include cold calling, email
communications, targeting specific industries or regional demographics, setting
up appointments and conducting sales presentations for small and medium sized
businesses owners. As a Sales
Representative, you will enlighten business owners as to how a professional and
functional online corporate identity could potentially increase their bottom
line by creating expanded awareness of their products or services via the
internet. Your success selling our core website
development services will open opportunities to include other services we offer
– as you educate potential clients how their website is only one component of a
comprehensive online marketing strategy, which also includes search engine
optimization (SEO), social media, online ads, and promotions/listings via mobile
technologies. You bring a proven
background in acquiring new clients, and are particularly adept at pitching
solutions and general business development.
XFX Studio will educate the candidate about the various services we
provide, as well as provide a functional portfolio from which the Sales
Representative may draw from to demonstrate the quality of work and recent
successes. Candidate will initially
attend sales meetings or presentations with XFX Studio Principals, to observe
existing practices and learn more about services provided by XFX Studio.
XFX Studio is NOT a recruitment agency, head-hunter, temp staffing
agency or offshore outsourcing company.

Job Duties:

Build and maintain an active pipeline of
qualified leads through cold calling, client site visits, networking events,
industry trade shows, product/service demonstrations, working leads from direct
mail campaigns and online marketing campaigns.

Cultivate relationships and enable solution
selling of web application services that will streamline client core business
processes, promoting speed, growth potential and ROI
·
Develop and maintain detailed and updated
opportunity matrixes for each prospect account assist in the preparation of
accurate and timely sales forecasts
·
Aggressively work the pipeline to consistently
meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
·
Establish the best possible long-term
relationship with each prospect and customer so as to maximize future revenue
opportunities.

Meet face-to-face with regional business owners
·
Promote and demonstrate the value of XFX
Studio’s capabilities and services
·
Analyze prospects' needs and interests and
determine which products/services fit best
·
Determine vertical and territory plan to achieve
sales goals (open vertical/open territory)
·
Drive retention and growth (upsales) with
existing client base
·
Work closely with our development team, to
ensure your newly-sold clients achieve their project goals
Work with management to develop pricing and contract
preparation/negotiations
Qualifications & Skills:
·
2+ years business-to-business sales experience,
in a commission environment
·
1+ years sales training and/or sales management
experience
·
Ability to network with key decision makers in
key markets, or existing network of potential clients
·
Experience utilizing a metrics-driven sales
process focusing on customer value and ROI
·
Proven ability to establish strong relationships
with business owners and technical buyers
·
Strong presentation skills
·
Persuasive written and verbal communication
skills
·
A professional image that exudes a high level of
integrity
·
Ability to project a positive image in
representing XFX Studio to clients and the community
·
High level prospecting skills
·
The ability to close business owners in a
face-to-face meeting
·
Ability to build rapport quickly

Achieving and continually developing technical,
competitive, and sales skills knowledge.

A working knowledge about the internet, web
development, social media and SEO is preferred
